Terms & Conditions – Guru Mankan's Live Concert

1. General

By purchasing a ticket for Guru Mankan Live Concert (“Event”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Event is managed by TGF Events.

2. Ticketing & Entry

All tickets are issued electronically via Razorpay or authorized platforms.

Each ticket admits one person only unless specified otherwise.

Entry is allowed only upon presentation of a valid ticket (QR code / confirmation email).

The organizer reserves the right to deny entry if tickets are found to be duplicate, tampered, or invalid.

3. No Refund / Cancellation

Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds will be issued for:

Late arrival or no-show

Change in personal plans

In case of event cancellation, refund will be processed as per Razorpay policies.

4. Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to:

Change the event date, time, or venue

Modify artist line-up or performance schedule

Such changes will not entitle ticket holders to refunds.

5. Security & Conduct

Attendees must follow all security procedures and cooperate with event staff.

Prohibited items include:

Weapons, sharp objects

Alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances

Professional cameras without prior approval

Misconduct, disorderly behavior, or violation of rules may result in removal without refund.

6. Age & Responsibility

Entry guidelines (if applicable) will be mentioned on tickets.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The organizer is not responsible for:

Loss, theft, or damage of personal property

Injury or accidents during the event

Entry is at the attendee’s own risk.

8. Force Majeure

The event may be postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances including:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Technical failures
No liability shall be incurred by the organizer in such cases.

9. Photography & Media

The event may be recorded/photographed.

By attending, you grant permission to use your image/video for promotional purposes without compensation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and performances are the property of the organizers/artists.

Unauthorized recording or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be handled securely and used only for event-related communication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in the event city.
